20 MINUTES ON ALPE D'HUEZ
Since I started work on ATHLETE, I've spent more time on the road filming than at the gym sweating. But I recently discovered a cool stationary bike that just might get me to the gym more often. It's called the Expresso Fitness Bike and it simulates riding outdoors in a variety of interactive courses.
It includes a monitor with impressive graphics -- enough to motivate you and make you forget how boring a typical stationary bike can be. The Expresso gives you control over shifting and steering which adds to the experience. The resistance on the bike also changes with the terrain (virtual mountains hurt just as much).

Now if they could only produce a treadmill simulator, I just might train for another marathon.
Check out this video clip from a recent Fox 5 News report on the Expresso.
